Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs, as well as reimbursing the original shipping costs paid by us.

Custom crates are non-refundable once they have been built. Refunds are issued after the returned item is recieved and inspected.
